What the KIDMADEE audience pays attention to
Analysed from KIDMADEE content on every platform, Nov 6, 2026
- 1Familiar things, questions nobody askedThe content that travels furthest starts with something people already know: global brand logos, national flags, the lottery or the iPhone, then asks “why”. It works for big brands and affordable everyday products alike.
- 2Design that rides a trend goes especially farWhen a design story connects to a trend or pop culture, such as BTS, the song by Add Carabao, the 2026 World Cup or a new iPhone, views climb into the hundreds of thousands and close to a million.
- 3Products that solve real problems make people want moreProducts like a toilet brush, the Keychron mouse or an ant-proof pet bowl do well on several platforms, showing that presenting a product through “the reasons behind its design” instead of a spec list really works with this audience.
- 4Not tied to one categoryLogos, products, technology, flags and music all reach the top. What they share is the storytelling that uncovers the reasoning behind them, not the product type, so it extends to a wide range of brands.
Top 3 most viewed on each platform
Sorted by views on that platform, KIDMADEE content only
Facebook· Videos
Facebook videos get the most consistent views of any platform, with 5 clips passing 100K. Logos and symbols tied to feelings and culture stand out, such as Thai Airways making people “miss home”, Manchester United and the flag of Iran.
TikTok
The platform with the strongest viral reach: one Zippo clip alone hit 716K views, and 4 more passed 100K (BTS, the folding mouse, the flat water bottle and Dyson), despite fewer followers than YouTube and Facebook. Content reaches far beyond existing followers, especially products that spark instant curiosity.
Reels get about 6 times the views of photo posts, with high engagement: the BTS logo clip was saved 2.8K times and the iPhone colour post shared 4.3K times. IG viewers save and pass things on, a good fit for content that is beautiful and informative.
YouTube
The channel's largest following. Gadgets that solve real work problems stand out: the Keychron mouse clip reached more than 70 times the median views of a KIDMADEE clip on YouTube, showing that product clips that answer working people's needs can be pushed into virality.
Lemon8
A newer platform with few followers so far, yet posts reach tens of thousands of new people. Fashion and pop-culture picture articles stand out: LISA’s “SaWaDiKa” MV outfits, the Don Koi hat and the Louis Vuitton logo take the top 3. Lemon8 viewers like beautiful content that explains the story in a single post.
Facebook· Articles
A special strength of the channel: “ทำไม…คิดมาดี” (Why it’s well thought out) articles get a median of about 32K views each, 4 passed 500K, and many were shared hundreds of times. Ideal for brands that want people to understand deeply and pass it on.
About KIDMADEE
We don’t review everything “good”. We tell the stories of things that were “well thought out”.
KIDMADEE tells the stories behind design. Not just whether a product is good or bad, but “how did they think about it”, through structure, materials, problem solving and design decisions, so people choose things for “reasons” rather than “hype”.
“A thing worth telling doesn’t have to be the most expensive, the newest or the most famous. It just needs something that was…well thought out”Follow
Every story in 3 beats
- 1Contextual PainIt starts with a problem people really face, where every innovation begins.
- 2Design SolutionA close look at materials, structure and function: the reasons behind what you see.
- 3Experience ValueThe difference it makes to how it feels and works, the thing that sets it apart.
What we choose to tell
- Design with a ReasonThere is a reason behind the shape, function or detail. It was not designed for looks alone.
- Solve Real ProblemsIt solves a real problem in a simple, clever way that makes life easier.
- Award-Winning DesignRecognised by international design awards such as Red Dot or the iF Design Award.
- Story Worth TellingThe thinking or innovation is interesting enough to show why it was designed this way.
Told by a product designer
A product designer with more than 10 years of design experience, working in experience design and product development, who started KIDMADEE to share design, innovation and systems thinking in a way anyone can understand.
